This is the clearest explanation DHHS has presented of the how the NH Medicaid Program works and the key trends and issues DHHS and we face in keeping it viable.  Katie Dunn and her staff deserve great credit for giving us critical information in the logical and straightforward way that helps us explain this incredibly complex and essential safety net program to our legislators, the public, and ourselves.  It is an excellent  resources.
